We offer excellent Long Handle Riveting Tool, which is a hand riveting tool widely used for fitting Nose piece for setting 1/8”,5/32,3/16 & ¼” dia.

• Select the rivet diameter, open the riveting tool handles fully and insert the rivet until its head rests on the nose tip.
• Place the rivet into the work piece and squeeze the handle for a full stroke.
• If the rivet does not set first time, open the handles and push the nose tip to the rivet head for another stroke.
• When the rivet is set, the stem will break away from the rivet head.
• Remove the stem from the tool by opening the handles fully.
• The stem will drop from the back of the tool.

• Insert the rivet stem into the nose piece
• Position the rivet in the structure to be assembled and push on the linkages again and push on the linkages for complete stroke
• if the rivet does not set ,first time, extend the linkages again and push the nose piece upto the rivet head for another stroke.
• When the stem breaks the rivet is set.
• Remove the broken stem from the tool by extending the linkages fully.
• The stem will drop from the back or front of tool.

We offer highly useful Blind Riveting Plier, which is specially designed to place 3/32”, 1/8”, 5/32’ & 3/16” diameter blind rivets by just changing the nose tip provided with the same.

• Select the rivet diameter, open the riveting plier handles fully and insert the rivet until its head rests on the nose tip.
